| TELECOMMUNICATIONS: Call for tenders for a fourth operator in Burkina |

The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Telecommunications has launched a tender open to the public for the allotment of a global individual license for the establishment and operation of an electronic communication network including 3G on the national territory in Burkina Faso. The duration of the said license will be ten (10) years.
Bids written in French should be submitted no later than 19/10/2010 at 09:00 GMT at the headquarters of ARCE in Ouagadougou.
Bids will be opened in public on 19/10/2010 at 09:30 GMT at the headquarters of ARCE located in Ouaga 2000.
